Timothy Gerlich

Timothy M. Gerlich, age 62, a longtime resident of Peotone formerly of Calumet City, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022, at the Lightways Hospice House in Joliet. Loving husband of the late Rita Gerlich (Morrison); cherished father of Nicole (Zach DuFrain) Gerlich; beloved brother of Nancy (Paul) Laitar, Patricia (late Jack) DeBoer and Bob (Diane) Gerlich; dearest brother-in-law of Renee (Bill) Kimbrel; fond uncle of several nieces, nephews, and friend of many. Tim was a custodian for Peotone School District. He enjoyed car shows, car cruises and he liked to tell stories.  A visitation for Tim will be held at Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home W. Main St. Peotone IL 60468 on Friday, May 20, 2022, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 PM. Inurnment will be held private.
