Christopher "Bubba" Canby

Christopher “Bubba” Canby, age 40, of Peotone, formerly of Chicago Ridge, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

He was born on December 6, 1978 in Oak Park, IL.  He is survived by his mother, Ernestine (Phillips) Canby of Peotone; his father, Terry Lee Canby of Peotone; two daughters, Kristin and Crystal Canby; a brother, Jason (Hannah) Canby of Peotone; a sister, Beth (Michael) Clay of Texas; an uncle, Eugene Phillips; an aunt Karen (Richard) Saulish; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Canby, Charlie Canby, Jake Canby, Willow Canby, and Ivy Canby.

Visitation will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home, 112 W. Main St. Peotone, IL on Saturday, May 11 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.  Graveside services will follow visitation at Peotone Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to his children would be appreciated.
