Barbara Hires

Barbara Jean Hires, age 73, of Peotone, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Loyola University Medical Center.

She was born on March 20, 1948 in Ventura, CA, the daughter of Ralph and Elna (Walden) St. George.  Barbara married Thomas E. Hires on January 7, 1970 in Ventura, CA.  He passed away on January 13, 2019.  She worked for the Monee Police Department as their clerk for over 20 years.

She is survived by her children; Kelly Hires of Peotone, Terri (Gary) Doss of Georgia, and Thomas A. (Lindsi) Hires of South Carolina.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
