Olivia Mae Weemhoff was born on December 17, 2012 and will be laid to rest on May 9, 2013. Private services will be held.

May our little guardian angel watch over us. You are no longer here with us, but our hearts ache for your touch. You were taken too soon, but you filled our hearts with love and joy. Sleep now sweet baby girl. We'll never forget you.
