Mark P. Ammann, age 65, of Homewood, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest. He was born on February 26, 1950 in Joliet, IL, the son of the late Carlyle and Marjorie (Lawhead) Ammann. He was a counselor at Thornton Heights Terrace in Chicago Heights, IL. He is survived by a brother, Greg (Debbie Aken) Ammann of Yachats, OR; and a nephew, Jesse Ammann of Portland, OR. Cremation rites have been accorded. Services will be private.
