Julia A. Lawrence

Julia A. Lawrence, age 85, of Bourbonnais, formerly of Peotone, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 15, 1939, in Chicago Heights, IL, the daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Dziak) Froncek. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aaron “Shorty” Lawrence and her beloved dog, Pepper.

She is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Frank (Deb) Lawrence and Michael (Dawn) Lawrence; her daughter and son-in-law, Roberta “Bobbie” (Jack) Palmer; her grandchildren, Shannon (Mike) Joiner, Dan (fiancé Taylor) Lawrence, Aaron (Meredith) Palmer, and Kyle (Casey) Palmer; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Melody Froncek.

All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in her name to any animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
