Joyce Melton

Joyce Ann Melton, age 55, of Peotone, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at her home. She was born on February 19, 1959 in Chicago. She worked for John Amico Hair Care Products for over 20 years and was of the Catholic faith.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Daniel Melton of Peotone; 2 sons, Shawn (Amber) Melton of Ohio and Aron (Dawn) Melton of Minnesota; hermother, Joan (nee Walsh) Beganis of Peotone; a brother, Joseph (Fran) Beganis of Manteno; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Beganis. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
