Jerry Herbert Haag

     Jerry Herbert Haag, age 73, sadly left us on Thursday, March 14, 2024. at his home in Peotone.  He was born on September 28, 1950, in Fairbury, IL.  

      He leaves behind 2 daughters, Tammy (Jimmy) Sipe and Shelly Cruz; a step-son, Mike Staton; 6 grandchildren, Nathan, Bryant, Jessica, Angela, Garrett, and Brandon; several great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Larry (Toni), Jeff (Signa), Alan (B.J.), Marc (Melody); his former wife, Carleen Cross; and numerous nieces and nephews.  

      He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Haag; his mother, Marjorie Haag Avey; his wife, Marcia Haag; and his brother, Brad Haag.  His family will always carry his memory in their hearts.

      Jerry was an avid hunter.  He was also a motorcycle and gun enthusiast.

      Cremation rites have been accorded.   A memorial visitation will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home on Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with a memorial service being held at 4:00 p.m.
