Donald Gorecki

Donald Walter Gorecki, 83, of Peotone, died Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the Illinois Veterans Home in Manteno.

He was born on June 19, 1931 in Chicago, the son of the late Walter Donald and Marion (Feix) Gorecki. He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

Donald is survived by three sons; Donald Walter (Tammy) Gorecki of Elmhurst, Joseph Paul (Susan) Gorecki of Edina, MN, and William R. Gorecki of Peotone; and six grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Private family services will be held with inurnment to take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
