Albert William Bowler

Albert William Bowler, age 33, of Peotone, Illinois, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family and friends.

Albert was born on December 31, 1992, in Olympia Fields to Peggy Greep, and raised with his beloved dad, David E. Greep.

He is survived by his loving parents; his cherished sister, Johanna Bowler; his uncle, Robert Bowler; and his cousin, Stephanie Bowler. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Albert graduated from Peotone High School in 2011 and spent nearly the last decade working as a dedicated tow truck driver. He was known for his hardworking nature, kind heart, and willingness to help others whenever needed.

Albert had a deep love for the outdoors and found great joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends. One of his greatest companions was his beloved dog, Max, who brought him endless happiness and loyalty throughout the years.

Albert will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, sense of humor, and the lasting memories he created with those who knew and loved him.

Visitation services will be held at Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 1:00PM until 4:00PM located at 112 W Main St. Peotone, IL 60468.

Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Albert’s life and share memories together. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, or an Animal Shelter of their choosing.
